These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the luck95 platform. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. By accessing luck95, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms in their entirety.

1.1 luck95 (referred to in these Terms as "the Platform", "we", "us" or "our") is an online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at luck95.cam. The Platform provides sports wagering, live casino, slots, table games and related gaming entertainment services to eligible users worldwide.
1.2 The Platform operates under an international gaming licence. luck95 does not hold a licence issued by any Pakistani regulatory authority and does not represent that its services are authorised, approved or regulated by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan (SBP) or any provincial body.
1.3 These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern all aspects of your relationship with the Platform. By completing the registration process and ticking the acceptance checkbox, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be legally bound by them.
1.4 These Terms are written in English. In the event of any ambiguity, the English-language version shall prevail.
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
3.1 Age requirement. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the laws of your jurisdiction or the Operator's licence conditions, whichever is greater, to register an Account or use the Services.
3.2 Jurisdiction. By registering, you confirm that online gambling is not prohibited by the laws of your country, state or territory of residence. You are solely responsible for verifying the legality of your participation. Users in Pakistan are advised that the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 restricts gambling activities. This clause does not constitute legal advice.
3.3 Personal capacity. You must be acting in your own personal capacity, for entertainment purposes only, and not on behalf of any third party or business entity.
3.4 One account. Each individual may hold one Account only. Creating duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, the Operator reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held.
3.5 Excluded persons. The following are not permitted to register or use the Platform: (a) individuals under the applicable minimum age; (b) individuals who are currently self-excluded from the Platform or from other gambling operators as part of a cross-operator exclusion scheme; (c) employees, directors or close associates of the Operator or its licensed suppliers; (d) individuals from jurisdictions where access is explicitly blocked by the Platform.
4.1 To register an Account, you must provide accurate, current and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address and contact number. You must update this information promptly if it changes.
4.2 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. The Operator accepts no liability for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where such access was enabled by your failure to maintain credential security.
4.3 If you believe your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the Operator immediately at [email protected].
4.4 The Operator may, at its sole discretion, decline any registration application without obligation to provide reasons.
5.1 The Operator is required to verify the identity and age of all users prior to processing withdrawals and, in certain circumstances, prior to accepting deposits beyond specified thresholds. This obligation arises from the Operator's AML/CTF and responsible gambling obligations under its gaming licence.
5.2 For Pakistani users, accepted identity documents typically include a valid Computerised National Identity Card (CNIC) or passport. The Operator may additionally request proof of address and/or a liveness check (selfie with document). The specific requirements will be communicated through the Account verification portal.
5.3 Documents must be submitted via the official HTTPS verification flow within the Platform. You must never send copies of your CNIC, passport or financial documents via email, WhatsApp or any other unencrypted channel. You must never submit altered, obscured or falsified documents.
5.4 The Operator may suspend withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC. Where KYC cannot be completed to the Operator's satisfaction, the Account may be closed and the balance returned by the original deposit method, subject to any applicable AML holds.
6.1 Deposits must be made from payment sources registered in the User's own name. Funding an Account from a third-party payment source is prohibited.
6.2 The Platform may reference familiar Pakistani payment rails — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, and bank transfers via institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — for contextual purposes. The availability of any specific deposit method is determined at the time of transaction and may vary. These payment providers are cited for contextual familiarity only and do not endorse, affiliate with or support gambling activities on the Platform.
6.3 The Operator does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own charges. The Operator accepts no responsibility for third-party fees.
6.4 Minimum and maximum deposit amounts may apply and are displayed in the Platform's cashier at the time of transaction. Amounts are displayed in PKR.
6.5 Deposits made in error cannot always be reversed. If you believe a deposit has been made in error, contact [email protected] as soon as possible.
7.1 Withdrawals may only be processed to payment methods registered in the User's own name and from which prior deposits have been made, subject to the Operator's AML requirements.
7.2 All withdrawals are subject to completion of KYC verification. Accounts that have not completed verification may have withdrawals delayed or suspended pending document review.
7.3 Processing times depend on the method selected, the volume of pending requests and the outcome of any applicable compliance review. The Operator does not guarantee specific withdrawal timeframes. Method availability, processing speeds and applicable limits vary.
7.4 Where a bonus has been accepted, withdrawal of any bonus-derived funds is conditional upon satisfying the applicable wagering requirement in full. The Operator reserves the right to deduct outstanding wagering obligations from a withdrawal request.
7.5 The Operator reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal it considers to require enhanced due diligence.
8.1 All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions that supplement these general Terms. In the event of a conflict between an offer's specific terms and these general Terms, the specific terms shall prevail.
8.2 Wagering requirements. Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement that must be met before any derived winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a wagering requirement of 30× applied to a bonus of PKR 5,000 requires the User to place qualifying bets totalling PKR 150,000 before withdrawal eligibility is triggered. This figure is illustrative.
8.3 Maximum bet restriction. While a bonus is active, a maximum bet limit per spin or wager applies — typically in the range of PKR 500 to PKR 1,000, as specified in the relevant offer terms. Placing bets in excess of this limit while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
8.4 Game contribution. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games may contribute 100%; table games and live casino titles may contribute a lower percentage or zero. Refer to the game contribution table within the specific offer terms.
8.5 Bonus expiry. Bonuses expire if the applicable wagering requirement is not met within the stated period, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of issue. Expired bonuses and associated pending winnings are forfeited automatically.
8.6 Maximum cash-out. Certain offers, including free spins, may impose a cap on the maximum amount that can be withdrawn from bonus-generated winnings. Any winnings exceeding this cap will be removed from the Account balance.
8.7 The Operator reserves the right to withdraw, amend or discontinue any promotional offer at any time. Bonuses may only be claimed once per User, household, IP address or device unless specifically stated otherwise.
8.8 Depositing solely to claim a bonus and then withdrawing without genuine gameplay constitutes bonus abuse. The Operator monitors for and takes action against such conduct, including account suspension and forfeiture of associated funds.
9.1 All bets and wagers placed on the Platform are final once confirmed. The Operator does not accept requests to cancel bets after acceptance other than in circumstances described in Section 15 (Dispute Resolution).
9.2 Sports betting odds, including markets on Pakistan cricket, PSL, ICC tournaments, international football, UFC and other events, are subject to change up to the point of bet acceptance. The odds at the moment of confirmed acceptance are the binding odds for that wager.
9.3 The Operator reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: data feed errors, manifest pricing errors, match abandonment (subject to specific sport rules), confirmed event irregularity or evidence of match manipulation.
9.4 Game outcomes for RNG-based titles (slots, table games, instant games) are determined by certified random number generation. RTP (Return to Player) percentages are published in individual game paytables. RTP is a theoretical long-term average and does not guarantee specific outcomes for individual sessions.
9.5 The Operator reserves the right to set minimum and maximum stake limits on any market, game or event at its sole discretion.
10.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform and may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of balances:
10.2 The Operator cooperates with law enforcement and regulatory authorities and will report suspected financial crime to the appropriate bodies.
11.1 All content on the Platform, including but not limited to software, text, images, graphics, logos, game assets and interface design, is the property of the Operator or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
11.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute or create derivative works from any Platform content.
11.3 The luck95 name and logo are proprietary marks of the Operator. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use them.
12.1 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. The Operator makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding uninterrupted access, freedom from error or fitness for any particular purpose.
12.2 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator shall not be liable for: (a) loss of profits or anticipated savings; (b) loss of data; (c) indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from your use of the Platform; (d) losses arising from telecommunications or network failures outside the Operator's reasonable control.
12.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes the Operator's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
12.4 Gambling carries financial risk. You acknowledge that you may lose some or all funds deposited. The Operator accepts no responsibility for gambling losses.
13.1 The Operator is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides tools including deposit limits, session time limits, cool-off periods and self-exclusion to help users manage their gambling behaviour.
13.2 Users who wish to self-exclude from the Platform may do so via Account settings. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and, once active, cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
13.3 Access to the Platform is restricted to adults aged 18 or older, or the higher minimum required by the applicable licence jurisdiction. This restriction does not constitute a representation that gambling is lawful in Pakistan or any other jurisdiction.

13.5 Pakistan's Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 restricts gambling activities. Users in Pakistan must independently assess the applicability of local law to their use of the Platform. This section does not constitute legal advice.
14.1 The Operator reserves the right to suspend or close an Account with immediate effect and without prior notice where: (a) the User has breached these Terms; (b) the Operator is required to do so by a regulatory or legal authority; (c) KYC verification cannot be satisfactorily completed; (d) the Operator has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent or criminal activity.
14.2 Upon closure for breach of these Terms, any balance that arose from the breach (including bonus-related funds and winnings derived from prohibited conduct) may be forfeited. Funds deposited by the User from legitimate sources will be returned, subject to any applicable AML holds, via the original payment method where possible.
14.3 A User may close their Account voluntarily at any time by contacting [email protected]. Any remaining real-money balance, net of outstanding wagering obligations, will be processed for return via the User's verified withdrawal method.
15.1 If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your Account or a specific transaction, you should contact [email protected] in the first instance, providing full details of the issue including the relevant Account reference, date, amount and a description of the matter.
15.2 The Operator will acknowledge receipt of a formal complaint within a reasonable period and will endeavour to investigate and respond within a timeframe appropriate to the complexity of the matter.
15.3 Where a bet is disputed on the grounds of an obvious pricing error (manifest error), the Operator reserves the right to re-settle the bet at the correct price or to void the bet entirely. The determination of "manifest error" rests with the Operator, acting reasonably.
15.4 The Operator's decision on disputes, made following a thorough internal review, shall be final for the purposes of the Platform's internal process. Users retain any rights they may have under applicable law.
16.1 The Operator reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, the Operator will use reasonable efforts to notify registered Users via the email address on file or through a notice displayed on the Platform.
16.2 The revised Terms will take effect from the date of publication. Your continued use of the Platform following notification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your Account and cease using the Platform.
16.3 It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. The "Last reviewed" date at the top of this page indicates when the Terms were most recently updated.
17.1 These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Operator holds its gaming licence. Specific jurisdiction details are available from the Operator upon request.
17.2 Nothing in this clause limits a User's statutory rights under the laws of their own jurisdiction to the extent those rights cannot be contractually excluded.
17.3 For the avoidance of doubt, the Operator makes no representation that the Platform or the Services are appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction. Users access the Platform at their own risk and are responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws.
